Meet Farzana Ullah
My name is Farzana Ullah, and I have been running my cooking school for over 18 years, sharing my passion for Indian and Pakistani cuisine with food lovers in Manchester. Growing up in a family where cooking was a cherished tradition, I learned the secrets of authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes passed down through generations. My culinary journey began with my mother, who taught me how to create the perfect balance of spices and flavours that are central to these cuisines, especially the rich and diverse flavours of Punjabi cooking.
As an experienced chef and educator, I offer hands-on lessons where you can learn to cook everything from traditional curries to popular dishes like karahi, bhuna, and biryani, along with authentic Pakistani meals. Whether you're new to the kitchen or a seasoned home cook, my classes are designed to suit all skill levels. I also teach at the prestigious FoodSorcery cooking school, where I run a variety of sessions on Indian and Punjabi cuisine.
In my lessons, you'll not only master the art of cooking delicious, homemade Indian and Pakistani meals, but you'll also discover family recipes, cooking techniques, and entertaining tips that will elevate your dining experience. From traditional biryanis to hearty Punjabi curries, I'll help you create dishes that taste better than any restaurant or takeaway.
Join me to explore the vibrant world of Indian, Pakistani, and Punjabi cooking, and learn how to make authentic meals that you can proudly serve to your family and friends.
